Michael Neylon has acted as financial mentor to over 300 businesses in Clare over the past five years. Some of this has been through his role as Clare County Enterprise Board financial mentor. The mentoring service includes onsite visits to startup businesses as well as follow up reporting and recommendations to help steer new and existing businesses to success.

Our aim is to assist clients in meeting their statutory obligations while minimizing your tax liability. This is achieved through pro-active planning of each individuals tax situation and personal finances and business finances. With tax legislation now being updated on an annual basis it has never been more important to keep up to date with what credits and reliefs can be availed of.

Whether you are a start up business in need of seed capital or a business at the developmental phase a business plan is a must to prove the viability of the business to all stakeholders. Company Secretarial
We currently provide clients with an extensive company secretarial service ranging from company formation and incorporation to annual compliance including incorporation & formation, Annual CRO returns, keeping minutes of your company meetings and maintaining company registers. We file returns electronically through the CRO website.

Training
Michael Neylon currently provides training in various accounts preparation software and payroll software. This can be provided in a group training situation or individually as required by you. We have experience of providing training to various groups and individuals over the past 10 years.

Bookkeeping, VAT & Payroll Service
We provide a fully computerized bookkeeping service using the Revenue Commissioners ROS service. Revenue Commissioners place a responsibility on each business to keep proper books and records and we are here to advise and to use our expertise to help in keeping the necessary records in the format required by Revenue Commissioners and in a format that will help your business to make timely decisions in relation to it’s future strategy.

As well as preparing vat returns on your behalf, we currently provide a payroll service to many clients which includes production of weekly/monthly payslips, registration of employees, P45’s, P60’s and annual P35’s completed on time.
